Bajwa Dynasty

This domain is reserved for a future archive and legacy project.

The Bajwa are a Punjabi clan historically associated with the Pothohar plateau and surrounding regions of present-day northern Punjab. Over centuries, families carrying the Bajwa name have been linked to agrarian life, local leadership, and military service, particularly during periods of regional rule under Sikh, Mughal, and later colonial administrations.

Like many Punjabi clans, the Bajwa identity developed through settlement, service, and lineage rather than through a single documented origin, with branches spreading across what is now Pakistan, India, and the wider diaspora.
